...The highlight.of.the resort is Michael’s Kitchen, one of the best restaurants we have sampled. The presentation of the food was so innovative – you almost didn’t want to bite into the work of art. Iron Chef judges would definitely be impressed! Some folk might assume that because the food looks so different and whimsical - that somehow the taste would come in second, but we can assure you that this is not the case. Our favorites included the thin-crust pizza, which made for the perfect appetizer – light and crispy; the duck – simply cooked to perfection; and the star of the show, the Lollipop Veal Chop - a gigantic portion bursting with delicious flavor.
Finicky eater? Don’t fret! The menu is so diverse, that's would be hard not to find something! A fusion of New American, Mediterranean and Italian, Michael’s Kitchen truly has a dish for everyone. Based on the art and flavor of Chef Michael Blum’s cuisine – it also no surprise that this culinary ninja has been influenced by the likes of Toulouse-Lautrec and Picasso!
